Blackstrap Molasses

Mahajan Molasses Company is over 15 years old company that produces sugarcane molasses, obtained by refining sugarcane. People can use this product as a flavoring or sweetening agent in their recipes. Blackstrap molasses is dark and viscous syrup that is produced by third boiling of sugar syrup. This syrup contains very less sugar content, as many of the sucrose is removed from the juice, which is why it has bitter taste that regular molasses. This syrup is highly nutritious, as it contains potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium and vitamin B6. The other uses of sugarcane molasses are cattle feed, ethanol, fertilizer, etc.
